Teneika Hogan
College Principal
I am honoured to be the Principal at Pinnacle Academic College. I hold a Bachelor of Primary Education, a Graduate Certificate in Inclusive Education and a Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling.
Since joining Pinnacle Academic College in 2021 as a teacher, I have had the privilege of growing alongside our school community. My journey here has strengthened my belief in the power of a connected, supportive community and deepened my commitment to our students, staff and families.
Throughout my working career, I have been privileged to work in a variety of educational roles, each one shaping my values as both a teacher and a leader. What continues to inspire me is the opportunity to witness the growth, resilience and creativity of young people.
I believe schools are places of possibility and belonging where every child is supported to discover their strengths, embrace challenges and achieve their personal best. At Pinnacle, I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity and care, ensuring every student has the opportunity to flourish.

Pinnacle Academic College is part of the Dogs Connect Program, an evidence-based initiative that strengthens wellbeing and connection across our school community.
Through this partnership, we’ve welcomed Pinnie, our wellbeing dog, who helps foster calm, empathy and connection among students, staff and families.
Pinnie’s presence supports our ongoing commitment to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
