Meet The Pinnacle Academic College Team

Teneika Hogan

College Principal

I am honoured to be the Principal at Pinnacle Academic College. I hold a Bachelor of Primary Education, a Graduate Certificate in Inclusive Education and a Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling.

Since joining Pinnacle Academic College in 2021 as a teacher, I have had the privilege of growing alongside our school community. My journey here has strengthened my belief in the power of a connected, supportive community and deepened my commitment to our students, staff and families.

Throughout my working career, I have been privileged to work in a variety of educational roles, each one shaping my values as both a teacher and a leader. What continues to inspire me is the opportunity to witness the growth, resilience and creativity of young people.

I believe schools are places of possibility and belonging where every child is supported to discover their strengths, embrace challenges and achieve their personal best. At Pinnacle, I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity and care, ensuring every student has the opportunity to flourish.

Hi, I'm Josh

Originally from Wellington, New Zealand, I have a deep passion for working with children and love watching them problem-solve, grow and succeed in every area of their lives. I’m inspired by the opportunity to encourage our future generations to dream big and pursue their goals with confidence. Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, reading the Bible and helping others whenever I can.

Netty Lardner

Pinnacle Academic College Teaching Staff

Hi, I'm Netty

I’m lucky enough to have a dual role here at PAC, working both in administration and as a teacher aide. This means you’ll often see me in two places, either in the classroom supporting your child on their learning journey or in the office assisting with all things admin. Whether in the classroom or the office, I’m here to support. Supporting both students and families is important to me, so please feel free to reach out anytime.

Kim- Marie Jecht

Pinnacle Academic College Teaching Staff

Hi, I'm Kim-Marie

I have been teaching at PAC since 2023, but teaching across all facets of Education from Early Childhood through to High School, since 1994. My goal is to create a positive classroom environment where every child feels valued, capable and excited to learn, even at their own pace. One thing I love about teaching at PAC, is that every student is different and unique in their own way, which makes every day different. I look forward to meeting you and your children and working together to create the education that suits your child.

Hi, I'm Lisa

I work in Administration here at Pinnacle Academic College. I really enjoy my role and the opportunity to help families navigate their next step in their learning journey. It’s rewarding to be part of a supportive school community and to assist in making the process as smooth as possible for our families. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, wakeboarding, boating, and heading out on new adventures together
